Novo Nordisk Scandinavia AS is located in Nydalen, Oslo. The Norwegian affiliate represent sales, marketing, market access, clinical, medical affairs and regulatory. The Norwegian affiliate is located in the Business Area Europe North and Central (BA EUNC). As a General Manager for Norway you will be a part of the BA EUNC Management. The Norwegian affiliate has 25 employees and app. 420 MNOK in turnover.
New position – Full P&L responsibility - Great growth potential
As General Manager you will establish Novo Nordisk Norway as an individual affiliate and develop the affiliates business capacity in order to reach and exceed targets for the business. Through your leadership you will contribute to maximize business results, collaborate with external stakeholders, exploit synergies across the departments and between therapeutic areas to reach new heights and develop a high performing organization. Furthermore you are responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders including KOL and local as well as national authorities.
You hold an academic degree, preferably within in business or natural sciences. You have a proven track record from functions such as sales, marketing, business development or finance and experience from a management position with a proven ability to manage and lead a team/organization. Knowledge about the Norwegian market healthcare system is an advantage. You have a high performing mind-set, excellent analytical skills, business and industry understanding and like setting direction and strategy. Furthermore you have high impact communication and ability to influence as well as great people management and leadership skills. You are fluent in spoken and written English and ideally also speak Norwegian/one of the Scandinavian languages. You have good IT skills.
